Based in the south‑east industrial hub, this workplace not only looks after its customers, but it looks after its people. This role is Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and is an essential part of the successful operation of the whole business and maintaining the high service that sets them apart.  

Responsibilities - rinse & repeat!

Technical
  • Interpreting diagrams and understanding how components come together
  • Champion processes: parts look-ups, quoting, invoicing and system updates
  • Using your mechanical/technical thinking to identify the right parts
  • Cross-checking data and accurately following processes for warranty
  • Manage service POs
  • Confirm payment processing of Webstore orders before dispatch
  • Process returns and credits
 Hands-on
  • Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts with close attention to detail
  • Handle inbound stock: checking, sorting, shelving
  • Support service schedulers by preparing parts for contractors
  • Physical tasks including lifting, bending and carrying
  • Follow Work Health and Safety procedures at all times
Customer Service & Team Support
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide timely service/order updates via email and phone calls
  • Retain product knowledge and key specifications
  • Ensure customers understand the terms of trade
  • Provide customers with illustrated parts diagrams and other relevant forms when required
  • Support weekly stock audits and prioritise reporting for any shortages or discrepancies
  • Complete and lodge warranty claim forms

This role is ideal for someone who brings a solid team mindset, shows up reliably and takes pride in delivering a five‑star customer experience. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working with precision, keeping parts moving accurately and on time.

You’ll need:
  • A current Driver’s Licence (must-have)
  • Pass a pre-employment medical
  • Police Clearance (or happy to apply)
  • Previous parts interpreting experience
  • Proven track record with ordering, parts operations and inventory systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valuable bonuses (not essential):
  • A Forklift Licence
  • MYOB experience
