Your New Role

As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day maintenance operations, ensuring our plant runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. From rapid breakdown response to shaping long-term asset strategies, you will be the technical expert our teams rely on.

You will undertake a variety of activities including:

Provide hands-on technical support during breakdowns and complex repairs.
Conduct and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and asset information.
Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.
