CNC Operator Machinist

Zeel Kitchens is a market leader in the Perth apartment fit out space. Partnering with some of the largest construction companies in Australia, we successfully complete hundreds of apartments each year. We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen, bathroom and joinery projects.

We are currently seeking a Machinist on CNC and Edgebander for an immediate start located in our factory in Rockingham.

Job tasks and responsibilities 

• Meet daily production targets for the cutting and edging of boards.

• Ensure constant flow of materials to factory to maintain workflow to other areas of production.

• Consistently deliver high quality work.

• Assist with rectifying machine errors and faults

• Display Zeel Company Values and work cohesively as part of the Factory Production Team.

Skills and experience

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to multitask

• Good communication skills

• Positive mindset & attitude

• Have basic mechanical knowledge

• Keen eye for quality and detail

• Homag experience preferred

• Forklift License preferred but not essential
