MGM Bulk is launching a major new iron ore operation at McPhee Creek in 2026. We’re looking for skilled and motivated Heavy Vehicle Tyre Fitters to join our teams. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundation crew on a brand-new project with new equipment, strong leadership, and a culture built the right way from day one.

The operation at McPhee Creek is supported by a purpose-built, dedicated workshop facility, along with two remote workshop locations at the McPhee Creek Run of Mine (ROM) and the Roy Hill ROM Stockyard. Port Hedland positions offer work on existing operations with full support and facilities.

What’s On Offer

Competitive Pay – Earn upwards of $50/hr full-time (weekly pay + super on all hours worked, increased hourly rates based on employee loyalty, MGM Lifestyle Rewards.

Skills & Experience Required

Trade qualifications or Certificate II in Tyre Fitting.

Experience with heavy haulage / multi-combination equipment (for trades roles).

Ability to fit, rotate, and balance tyres for all prime movers and trailing equipment (for Tyre Fitter roles).

Strong safety focus and professional, reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to meet pre-employment requirements (Police Clearance, Licence, Medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening).
