About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our growing team as a Pest Control Technician. As part of the Stewarts team, you’ll be working in a dynamic, customer-facing role where you’ll tackle all types of pest issues, from general treatments to more complex challenges like termite problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments (general pests, termites, and other challenges).

• Use your problem-solving skills to tackle unique pest problems that others might not be able to fix.

• Build relationships with our loyal customers, many of whom have been with Stewarts for decades.

• Keep accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.

• Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques and industry best practices.

• If required, complete training to get certified as a Pest Control Technician – fully paid and supported by Stewarts.

About You:
You’re a great fit if you:

• Hold a current Pest Management License and an Australian Manual Driver's License

• Have a knack for working with people – you enjoy explaining services and solving problems.

• Are physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role (lifting up to 25 kg, crawling, climbing, and working in tight spaces).

• Have a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.

• Are committed to delivering top-quality service every time.

Requirements:

• Current Pest Management License

• Current Australian Manual Driver's License.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.

• Ability to work in various physical conditions, including small spaces.

• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical checks, reference checks, and a police clearance.

• A desire to grow in the pest control industry and learn from experienced mentors.
