iBreeze Air & Solar is a well-established air conditioning and solar company servicing Mandurah and surrounding areas for over 10 years. With continued growth in our service department, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
This role is focused on service, diagnostics and warranty work across residential air conditioning systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and ensuring systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Working with a supportive office team, technicians are able to focus on technical work while scheduling, customer communication and administration are managed by the office.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair split system and ducted air conditioning systems
Fault finding across residential HVAC equipment
Carry out warranty service work
Commission and test newly installed systems where required
Provide clear communication with customers on site
Complete service reports and job documentation
Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment
Follow company procedures and safety standards
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified HVAC technician with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Certificate IV level qualification in HVAC or equivalent is required.
You will take pride in your workmanship and enjoy solving technical problems.
Requirements
ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Experience servicing residential air conditioning systems
Minimum 3-4 years experience servicing residential air conditioning systems
Strong fault-finding ability
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Manual driver's licence
Clean driving record required with minor traffic offences acceptable
Australian citizenship required
Experience with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin or Panasonic systems will be highly regarded.

Flexible work arrangements are available:
Option 1 – 4 Day Work Week
Monday to Thursday – 7:00am to 5:00pm
Option 2 – 4.5 Day Work Week
Monday to Thursday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday – 8:00am to 12:00pm
Work schedules can be discussed with the successful applicant.
