About the role

We are seeking an experienced compressed air service technician to join the team and be responsible for servicing compressed air equipment on customer sites as required. Effectively applying your servicing experience, conducting your work to a high standard in a safe & professional manner and maintaining good records are some of the key facets of the role.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• On-site servicing of industrial air compressors and ancillary equipment at various customer sites

• Air compressor fault finding & troubleshooting

• Maintaining concise service reports & upload into the service management system.

• Assist works scheduler with parts sourcing 

• Safe, professional & respectful conduct

Additional works that may be involved:

• Pressure vessel inspection & reporting

• Compressed air piping installation

• Regional service runs

About You

• Proven service experience with piston & rotary screw air compressors & ancillary equipment. Ie refrigerated air dryers & filters.

• Mechanical or electrical trade qualifications (minimum)

• Computer literate

• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Driver's license

• Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
