Rosewood Care Group is seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join our Hotel Services team at our West Perth and Leederville facilities.  These roles are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, including internal and external areas.

  • Follow cleaning schedules, duty lists, and check-off procedures.

  • Ensure cleaning records are completed and maintained as required.

  • Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Ensure safe and correct use of cleaning chemicals in line with Safety Data Sheets .

  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.

  • Store cleaning equipment and materials in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.

  • Carry out duties efficiently while minimising disruption to residents.

  • Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to support a safe and positive working environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices relevant to cleaning roles.

  • Understanding of infection control principles preferred.

  • Previous experience in cleaning services, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or similar environments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards.
