We are a professional gutter cleaning company that values safety, reliability, and looking after our team long-term.

Casual role with potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate.

We're looking for hardworking, reliable, honest people who want long-term work.

Australian work rights are required for this position.


Pay & Bonuses

• Earn $250–$350 or more per day including bonuses (based on performance)

• No cap for strong performers — the better you work, the more you earn


Work Hours

• Monday to Friday, generally 7:30am–3:30pm

• Finish times may vary depending on workload and efficiency — some days finish earlier, some later

Optional Saturday work available in winter


Start Locations

• Kalamunda, Lynwood & Jolimont

• Pick-ups may be available from nearby train stations or along the way


What you'll do:

• Use vacuum equipment to clean gutters efficiently and safely

• Remove debris and blockages

• Work safely at heights

• Assist team members when needed


Requirements

• Training provided for safe working at heights (no experience required).

• Must be willing to work at heights for prolonged periods

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Hard-working, reliable, honest, and flexible

• Willing to work in different weather conditions


Licences & Checks

• C Class Driver's Licence

• Have, or be willing to obtain, a WA Police Clearance

• Reasonable English communication skills


Preferred (Not Essential)

• Working at Heights card (must be obtained if successful)
