At Everything Skin, we’re dedicated to delivering highly effective, clinically proven cosmetic skin treatments — and we’re looking for an experienced, confident, and technically skilled Dermal Therapist to join our team.

The Role

This role is suited to a qualified Dermal Therapist with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience across advanced skin modalities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical treatments, supporting medical staff when required, and maintaining an exceptional standard of client experience and treatment outcomes.

Role includes:

• Performing clinical skin treatments (refer to treatment menu at drsalon.com.au)

• Skin consultations & personalised treatment planning

• Confident delivery of advanced modalities

• Treatment documentation & accurate patient record keeping

• Maintaining treatment rooms, hygiene standards & equipment care

• Assisting medical staff when required

• Working collaboratively with doctor, nurse & the broader clinical team

• Supporting smooth clinic flow & an elevated client experience
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years experience as a Dermal Therapist or Senior Therapist

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification)

• Strong technical knowledge of skin conditions, anatomy & advanced modalities

• Experience with all core skin treatments listed on drsalon.com.au

• Confident performing clinical procedures with precision & care

• Excellent consultation skills with the ability to educate & guide patients

• Strong attention to detail & commitment to clinical excellence

• Warm, professional, polished presentation

• Excellent communication & consultation skills

• High level of communication, client care & treatment confidence

• Comfortable supporting clinicians with medical assistance tasks when needed

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Ability to work within clinic operational hours (Mon–Sat roster)
