Senior Accessory Fitter

About the Role

In this hands-on position, reporting to our Workshop Manager. You’ll be a driving force within a skilled team of fitters, ensuring every job meets the top-tier TJM standard. From lift kits and bull bars to complex custom builds, you’ll be at the forefront of some of the most exciting 4x4 upgrades out there.

As a senior team member, you’ll not only lead by example in the workshop but also mentor and inspire your team to perform at their best. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s passionate about building both high-performance vehicles and supporting high-performing teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a senior fitter

• Strong mechanical knowledge and/or vehicle accessory fitting skills

• 12V electrical experience is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication skills

• A hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork

• Current Australian driver’s licence

Experience is essential, Motor Vehicle Repairer's License highly desirable.
