This role involves carrying out a range of arboriculutral and tree maintenance tasks, including tree removal, pruning, and site clean-up, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Task & responsibilities

  • The Tree Worker will perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using hand tools, chainsaws, and machinery.
  • Duties include operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and elevated work platforms (where qualified), rigging and lowering branches safely, and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • This role also involves assessing work sites for hazards, following safe work procedures, and completing general labouring and clean-up tasks.

Qualification & experience

  • Related Cert IV or above and at least 12 months work experience or
  • 3 years related work experience
