Truck Driver Warehouse Store Person

We are looking for a motivated Truck Driver / Warehouse Store Person to join our small and supportive WA team. This is a role that primarily involves truck driving making deliveries in a company owned medium rigid truck, and also involves some warehouse operations.

The successful applicant will be a team player who demonstrates a strong work ethic along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for assisting in all aspects of the warehouse on a daily basis as well as customer deliveries.

Tasks will include:

• Driving the company owned truck around metro and/or greater Perth

• Planning delivery trips

• Picking, packing and consigning of orders

• Stock movements and replenishment

• Loading and unloading trucks

• General housekeeping of the warehouse

• Booking freight

• Processing orders

• Stocktaking

• Unloading Containers

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 2+ years of warehousing experience is required

• Have a valid drivers license

• Minimum of a MR (Medium Rigid) truck license is required

• Have a valid forklift license

• Physically fit and able to move stock

• Reliable and committed

• Customer focused

• Good communication skills

• Self-motivated

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Intermediate computer skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Demonstrate initiative

• Strong work ethic

• Team player

• Australian work rights are required for this position
