Are you passionate about 4WD parts and eager to take the next step in your career? Super Motor Spares is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team. You will be working along side 8 highly experienced parts interpreters, who specialise in 4WD parts for mining, fleet and workshop clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Front counter sales and assistance.

· Assisting clients in identifying and sourcing parts via phone, email and in person.

· Support senior staff with order processing and inventory management.

· Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in person.

· Follow up and expedite outstanding orders.

· Learn and develop knowledge of 4WD parts and systems.

About you:

· General mechanical knowledge of cars and 4WDs.

· Excellent communication with a focus on client delivery and customer service.

· Must have sound computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

· Positive & receptive attitude with a growth mindset.

· Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

· Previous retail or trade experience. Toyota experience will be highly regarded.
