Caravan and Camper Group is a growing Western Australian business operating across three divisions: Sales, Storage, and Servicing. We’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our clients throughout their entire caravan journey.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team and provide support across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting customers in person
Answering Group incoming phone calls
Directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
Scheduling and booking
Assisting with warranty claims
Providing updates, communicating with clients staff and other stakeholders
Assisting with invoicing for all business divisions
On-Boarding and off-boarding storage clients
Managing the storage bookings calendar
General administrative support for Group business managers
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling phone and face-to-face enquiries
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Confident using computers and business software
A strong communicator with a positive attitude
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you’ll have:
Previous administration or reception experience
Strong positive phone manner and interpersonal skills
Exceptional typing/keyboard skills
Exceptional organisation/scheduling skills
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with booking/scheduling systems and/or confident in learning new software
Experience in automotive, RV, or service industries (advantageous but not essential)
