Kalamunda Toyota is growing and we're looking for people to grow with us.
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team.
This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

How you will make an impact:
- Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
- Handling customer matters relating to service bookings and enquiries
- Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
- Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
- Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
- Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Current manual drivers license
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
