What you’ll do

- Lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team to smash targets

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery

- Drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Geely models

- Build strong relationships with OEM partners and crossover with Aftersales

- Analyse sales data, forecast demand and optimise showroom performance

- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential

 

Who you are

- Proven track record in new car sales management (dealer experience preferred)

- Natural leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Results-focused, organised and comfortable with targets and KPIs

- Passionate about cars — ideally familiar with Geely or international brands

- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
