About the Role:

We’re seeking a full time confident, experienced and self-motivated Outbound Sales Support Co-ordinator, to drive outcomes through outbound contact with existing and prospective customers whilst supporting the WA Zone Manager and the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound customer calls for follow-ups, appointment setting, lead generation and nurturing, local area marketing and campaign support

  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Zone Manager and wider sales team.

  • Manage and prepare sales reports, dashboards, and activity summaries.

  • Cover sales administration tasks for representatives during leave periods.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, enquiries, and customer requests.

  • Coordinate regional sales blitzes, campaign activities, and local initiatives.

  • Organise and execute local trade events and store openings, activations, and engagement activities.

  • Support for trade shows, promotions, and community events within the zone.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy

  • Work closely with centralised customer service, administration, and accounting teams

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders where required.

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of new business submissions and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone manner.

  • Strong reporting and data maagement skills (Excel/CRM).

  • Previous experience in sales support/coordination or similar role.

  • Confident phone manner and proven experience making outbound sales calls.

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability.

  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • High degree of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience within oil and lubricant, automotive and/or manufacturing would be advantageous.
