About the Role

This is a unique position designed for a skilled technician who thrives on variety. Approximately 50–70% of your time will be billable, working on vehicles and ensuring top-quality service. The remaining time will be spent:

• Mentoring and training apprentices and junior technicians

• Engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service

• Supporting workshop operations and assisting with workflow management

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards.

• Lead by example and provide guidance to the workshop team.

• Communicate effectively with customers and the service department.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
