Following the award of a major long-term contract, REMA Tip Top is expanding its workforce. We are seeking experienced Belt Splicers of all levels with valid Australian working rights to join our team for shutdown and maintenance work across various WA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling conveyor belt systems, including roller frames, skirting systems, and belt cleaner systems.
• Operating conveyor vulcanizing and belt handling equipment.
• Installing, replacing, and refurbishing rollers and frames.
• Working with steel cord, fabric, and woven belts.
• Applying knowledge of conveyor structures and skirting systems.
• Maintaining high safety standards, strong work ethics, and clear communication.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Australian working rights.
• Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets.
• White Card.
• Belt Splicing/Polymer Processing Certificate or relevant experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Lab DAS.

Desirable Qualifications:

• MSIC (assistance available).
• High-Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging, Rigging) – incentives provided.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
