1. Manage daily transport and fleet operations

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in people management required

3. Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation

4. Respond to operational enquiries via phone and email

5. Lead, train, recruit and supervise drivers and operations staff

6. 1-2 years team leadership experience required

7. Monitor KPIs, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and operational costs

8. Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

9. Manage client communication regarding interstate and local relocations

10. Removals/relocations industry experience preferred but not essential

11. Minimum MR Truck license preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months

12. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, billing and payment matters

13. Investigate incidents and implement continuous improvement initiatives

14. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

15. Perform ad-hoc forklift duties when required

16. Forklift licence must be obtained within 6 months

17. Assist with general yard duties when required, including organizing equipment, coordinating vehicle movements, and maintaining a safe and tidy depot environment.
