Technical Sales & Design Manager – HVAC

iBreeze Air & Solar is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to take ownership of system design and technical quoting across residential and light commercial projects.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this senior role is responsible for inspecting sites, designing HVAC systems, preparing accurate quotations and ensuring technically sound installations. The position acts as the technical bridge between sales, clients, builders and the installation team.

Essential experience with HVAC system design software is required for this role.

This role suits a highly experienced HVAC technician, supervisor or project manager who is ready to step off the tools and into a senior technical design and leadership role.

A minimum of 8+ years of HVAC experience is required for this position.
