Positively Green is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our friendly, growing team, looking after residential lawns across Perth.
You don’t need to be a turf expert already - if you’re reliable, keen to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we’ll provide training and support to help you succeed.
💰 $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
🚗 Company vehicle, phone & uniform provided
🎓 Paid training & licences (truck licence, chemical application, and more)
🎯 Bonuses available for quality work, happy clients, and sales (after qualifying period)

Caring for residential lawns to a high standard
Applying lawn treatments and improvements (full training provided)
Mowing, edging, and maintaining neat, healthy lawns
Carrying out lawn improvements such as aeration and renovations
Talking with clients and giving simple, practical lawn care advice
Using an easy job-management app to track your day
Looking after vehicles, tools, and equipment
Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Reliable, hardworking, and proud of your work
Comfortable talking with customers
Basic phone or tablet skills
Licences and formal turf qualifications are a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
