We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Welshpool team and help deliver the exceptional service United is known for. In this role you will be the go to person for parts support, building strong customer relationships and ensuring our workshop has what it needs to keep equipment moving.
You will take ownership of parts interpreting, stock control and store presentation, while working closely with both customers and internal teams. If you enjoy a mix of hands on work, customer interaction and problem solving, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a national leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met or exceeded
Works closely with the workshop to ensure parts availability and process compliance
Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock takes as required
Maintains clean, organised stores and shared areas
Follows delegated authority for ordering, invoicing, and credits
A proactive approach to resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
About you
Strong parts interpreting skills and industry knowledge
Strong background and experience in spare parts ideally in equipment or heavy vehicle sectors
Experience in mobile/access equipment or a related field, with knowledge of construction or mining industries
Great at building relationships and understanding customer needs
Confident working independently while staying proactive
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Works well in a team and enjoys collaboration
