New Vehicle Sales Manager

It's safe to say that Ford Dealers are the envy of most at the moment. Great stock levels, great products, multiple industry awards a pipeline of products to be really excited about, and not to mention Australia's number 1 selling vehicle in the Ranger!

What's more exciting, is that WA's highest volume Ford Dealer needs an absolute Sales Management superstar to join the team and join in on the growth! With 100 RETAIL in our sights, we need a driven, hard working, professional and inspiring sales leader to take us to new heights! With a brand new dealership, the opportunity exists for someone to come in and really be a part of something special as we smash goals out of the park month after month!

The Role

• Train, coach, develop and mentor the sales team daily in order to achieve targets

• Ensure strict adherence to the road to the sale

• Ensure our Sales Team are providing an exceptional guest experience 100% of the time

• Review, report and oversee all enquiries at a granular level, and plug gaps in the net each end every day to ensure maximum capitalisation

• Ensure our DMS and Salesperson logs are updated daily.

• Be available to meet, greet and manage all guest enquiries.

• Liaise with PD coordinators and adhere to internal processes to ensure regular flow of deliveries

• Achieve set internal volume and gross profit objectives and be willing to grow them regularly

• Review and authorise deal costing. 

• Review all inbound and outbound advertising, promotion, and marketing activity.

• Work collectively and effectively with other department staff, department managers, Dealer Principal and Financial Controller.

The Candidate

• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.

• Lead by example in everything you do.

• Be a student of the industry.

• Understand your department budget, DSA, DOC and department expenses.

• Hold a current Yard Manager license.

• Hold a current WA driver’s license.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
