The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor who can bring leadership, organisation and strong industry knowledge to our growing electrical division.

This is primarily an office-based role, focused on supporting the team, driving organisation, maintaining standards and helping the division continue to grow. There will also be ad hoc field involvement where required, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to step in, lead by example and get their hands dirty when needed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Supporting and supervising the electrical division

• Assisting with team coordination, workflow and organisation

• Helping maintain quality, efficiency and service standards

• Providing support and guidance to electricians in the field

• Using your industry knowledge to assist with troubleshooting and decision-making

• Supporting a strong customer service experience across the division

• Stepping into field work on an ad hoc basis when required

• Playing a key role in the ongoing growth and development of Hilton Electrical

What You Need

Essential:

• WA Electrical Contractor’s Licence

• Strong electrical industry knowledge and practical experience

• Leadership capability and a willingness to help others grow

• Organised, proactive and reliable approach to work

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front

• Desire to be part of a growing business and contribute to its future

Highly Regarded:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience

• Experience in domestic maintenance or service-based electrical work

• Experience mentoring electricians or apprentices

• Strong understanding of workflow, job quality and operational standards

• Ability to balance office coordination with practical field support
