Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Signwriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in both the production and installation processes, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-notch signage solutions to our valued clients. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running and handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the production process, including but not limited to vinyl cutting, laminating, and substrate preparation.

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of client specifications and artwork.

- Conduct on-site installations of signage products, utilizing proper techniques and safety protocols.

- Operate various tools and equipment, such as large format printers, plotters, and installation tools, with precision and care.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production or installation, ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Maintain a high standard of quality control throughout all stages of production and installation.

Requirements:

- At least 1-year full time experience in both sign production and installation

- Experience in both indoor and outdoor signage installation required

- Strong technical skills and proficiency in operating sign-making equipment and tools.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, and client specifications accurately.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to job sites as needed.

- Australian work authorisation required for this position
