Ulti-Mech is growing in Newman, and we’re looking for someone to support our front-of-house team as a Service Advisor.

You’ll be FIFO from Perth on a 3:1 roster, or residential in Newman.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Liaising with customers, management, and technical staff.

  • Convey all customer requirements and concerns to the workshop accurately.

  • Managing the daily inflow of repair orders and invoicing.

  • Possess the ability to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements.

  • Ordering of parts and scheduling bookings for customers.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise the effective operation of the workshop and ensure that all staff are supported and able to meet KPIs and sales targets.

  • Meeting set KPI's and targets.

  • Maintaining a sound knowledge of brand products and services.

  • Maintaining a clean working environment for staff and customers.


What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in managing an automotive service centre or equivalent and a proven track record in sales within the automotive industry is an essential.

  • Vibrant personality with a 'can do' attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.

  • Excellent managerial skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • C-Class drivers licence.
