Westside Auto Wholesale is Western Australia’s biggest independent warehouse, we stock over 2,000 used cars in Perth under one big roof.

About the role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist and energetic persons to join our busy new retail department and team and require the following experience:
 

  • Welcoming and Greeting: Warmly welcome customers and visitors entering the dealership.

  • Managing Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for customers with sales, service, or other dealership departments.

  • Information Dissemination: Provide information about available cars, promotions, and dealership services.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, scheduling test drives, and providing basic information about vehicles.

  • Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Handling Payments: Process payments for services or products using dealership systems.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with different departments within the dealership to ensure seamless customer experiences.

 Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using basic computer software and dealership management systems.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry: Basic understanding of cars, models, and dealership services is advantageous.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different situations and handle unexpected challenges.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; additional education or certifications are a plus.

  • Operational hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm Mondy - Friday
