Casual Workshop Assistant (Student Friendly)

Noda Studio is a boutique cabinetry and joinery studio based in O’Connor. We specialise in high end residential projects and work closely with architects, interior designers and premium builders to produce custom kitchens, wardrobes, furniture and architectural joinery.
We are looking for a reliable and positive person to join our team on a casual basis. This role would suit a student looking for flexible hours while gaining hands on experience in a professional workshop environment.
You do not need cabinetmaking experience. We are happy to train the right person.
The Role
You will be assisting our small team with a variety of workshop and site tasks including
• Preparing materials and components
• Assisting with assembly of cabinetry and furniture
• Helping keep the workshop organised and tidy
• Supporting the team on various joinery projects
• Delivering finished cabinetry and furniture to site
• Assisting installers on site when required
About You
We are looking for someone who
• Has a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Works well in a team environment
• Is reliable and punctual
• Enjoys working with their hands
• Has an interest in woodworking, furniture, architecture or interior design (ideal but not essential)
• Holds a valid driver’s licence
