We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Resilience Solutions Pty Ltd in Casuarina, WA. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

What you'll be doing

• Patrolling designated areas and monitoring security systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches

• Responding promptly to security alarms and incidents, and liaising with emergency services as required

• Conducting regular checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks

• Maintaining detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities and incidents

• Providing a friendly and professional presence to greet and assist clients and visitors

• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role.

• A current Security Officer licence and relevant training certifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• A proactive and vigilant approach to identifying and mitigating security risks
