H-E Parts Engineering are part of the H-E Parts International group, which is in turn a division of Hitachi.  We provide machining services for Mining, Maritime, Oil and Gas and a variety of other commercial customers. The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Trades Assistant to join our workshop in Naval Base who can demonstrate a strong commitment to safety along with a solid work ethic. 

To be considered for this position applicants are required to have the following:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Able to work in a team environment and also unsupervised

• Current Forklift and Basic Dogging/Rigging - preferred but not essential

• Confined Space & Working at Heights – preferred but not essential

• Have clear written and verbal communication

• High awareness and active approach to safety
