About the role
H & H Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our friendly team in Bunbury, Western Australia. As our Automotive Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and office management functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our busy automotive workshop. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our talented team of mechanics and technicians.
What you'll be doing
Manage all office administrative duties, including data entry, filing, invoicing and direct customer service
Oversee the procurement of parts, materials and supplies to support daily workshop operations
Contacting and quoting customers on daily jobs
Liaise with customers, handle enquiries and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Assist with HR and payroll administration tasks
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and other team members as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within the automotive industry
Australian work rights are required for this position
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Xero.
Experience with Workshop Software preferable but not essential
Knowledge of automotive parts and materials procurement processes
A positive, proactive and solutions-oriented attitude
