The Position Available (Permanent Part-Time):

• This is an evenings position, 12 hours per-week (Permanent Part-Time) completely Mandurah-based and you must be available to work a small amount of additional hours on weekends and public holidays if and when required.

• Fixed hours and roster each week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6.00pm-10.00pm.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial cleaning duties across two facilities (on the same site location) in Mandurah.

• On-site training will be provided and robust commercial cleaning processes will be outlined for completion across each site on a weekly basis. Duties will broadly include; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising touch point locations, detailing bathrooms and kitchen amenities.

• Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining commercial cleaning stock.

• Safely use commercial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery to perform duties and physical tasks.

• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

• Previous cleaning experience (ideally 6-12months+ commercial cleaning experience)

• Strong communication skills and ability to report to Senior Management on a frequent basis.

• Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous).

• A smartphone for work communication.

• Valid working rights in Australia.

• Driver’s license and reliable car (essential).

• Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC).
