Primo Smash Repairs is seeking qualified and experienced Spray Painters and Prep Persons to join our dynamic team. Immediate start available!

Positions Available:

• Spray Painter (Full-time or Part-time)

• Prep Person (Full-time or Part-time)

• 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Spray Painter

Key Responsibilities:

Spray Painter:

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

• Apply high-quality finishes using various spray techniques.

• Ensure attention to detail for top-notch results and customer satisfaction.

Prep Person:

• Ensure vehicles are prepared for painting by keeping surfaces clean, primed, and ready for application.

• Assist with sanding, masking, and other vehicle preparation tasks.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Spray Painter:

• Relevant qualifications and experience.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality finishes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Efficient work ethic and reliability.

Prep Person / 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice:

• A desire to learn and develop within the industry.

• Some experience or willingness to train.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

General Requirements for All Positions:

• Australian residency or the right to work in Australia.

• Ability to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday (8am – 4:30pm) – flexible hours to suit you.
