Super paid on all hours | $100–$110/hr depending on capability

About the Opportunity

Elcore Electrics is seeking experienced Schedule 26 Electrical Supervisors for a long-term process plant refurbishment project in the WA Goldfields.

We are recruiting for two complementary roles:

1. S26 Electrical Supervisor – Site leadership, statutory supervision, execution focus

2. S26 Supervisor / Project Lead – Supervisory duties plus project coordination, planning and delivery oversight

The second role carries additional project responsibility and is remunerated accordingly.

This is a 2:1 FIFO roster with strong pipeline work and opportunity for long-term involvement.

The Project

• Brownfields and greenfields process plant upgrades

• LV infrastructure, MCC works and plant modifications

• Instrumentation installation, terminations and loop checks

• Commissioning and plant integration works

• Working within existing operating plant environments

Role Responsibilities – Supervisor

• Statutory supervision as appointed S26

• Lead electrical and instrumentation crews

• Oversee daily execution of construction and installation works

• Ensure compliance with site, statutory and safety requirements

• Maintain statutory logbooks and compliance documentation

• Drive productivity and safety culture on site

Additional Responsibilities – Supervisor / Project Lead

In addition to the above:

• Assist with planning, look-ahead scheduling and resource forecasting

• Coordinate work packs, materials and subcontractors

• Liaise directly with client engineers and project stakeholders

• Monitor progress against programme

• Support commissioning planning and execution

• Contribute to commercial awareness and project reporting

This role suits someone who can operate both on the tools floor and at a planning / coordination level.

Skills & Experience Required

• WA Electrical Licence

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate

• Strong mining / heavy industrial experience

• Demonstrated supervisory capability in plant environments

• Solid instrumentation knowledge

• Commissioning exposure highly regarded

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and P&IDs

• Strong leadership and communication skills
