Maddington Auto Care Pty Ltd T/as City Discount Tyres Maddington is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Tyre Fitter to join our busy and professional team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Maddington location. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of tyre-related services to ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and performance.

Task & responsibilities

Inspecting tyres to determine wear, damage, and repairability
Repairing punctures in both tube and tubeless tyres
Operating air-driven equipment to remove and refit tyres and tubes
Balancing wheels and tyres using static and electronic equipment
Rotating, inflating, and replacing tyres as required
Removing and replacing worn or damaged tyres
Ensuring all services are performed in line with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

Qualification & experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tyre fitting and wheel services
Familiarity with tyre machines, wheel balancers, and related tools
Current and valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service
