About the Role
The Indigenous Employment Mentor plays a vital role in providing wrap-around support to participants as they move toward sustainable employment.
This role focuses on mentoring, training, and addressing barriers to employment for our Workforce Australia participants, while fostering wellbeing, resilience, and confidence. By building strong community connections and delivering practical workshops, the mentor empowers individuals to achieve long-term success.

This position is advertised on a casual basis, with scope to progress to a permanent full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
About You
Willingness to travel within Perth and regional WA, including the ability to undertake placements of up to 8 weeks, with return home on weekends all travel expenses covered.
