Supported Employment Opportunities – Multiple Roles Available

About the Roles

We are hiring for a variety of entry-level positions, including:

·       Logistics Offsider

·       Warehouse Assistant

·       Gardening Assistant

·       Processing Assistant

·       Retail Assistant

These roles are part of our Supported Employment program, designed to provide a structured, inclusive, and empowering workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, your duties may include:

·       Assisting with day-to-day retail store operations (customer service, merchandising, cashiering)

·       Supporting warehouse tasks (sorting, packing, stock handling)

·       Assisting with removing furniture, push and pull cage on pallet jack

·       Performing gardening and outdoor maintenance tasks

·       Assisting in processing and recycling operations

·       Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets

·       Following workplace health and safety guidelines

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

·       Are motivated and willing to learn new skills

·       Enjoy working in a team environment

·       Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic

·       Can follow instructions and complete tasks safely

·       Are eligible for Supported Employment 

No prior experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided. 

Eligibility

To be considered for Supported Employment, applicants should:

·       Be eligible for the Disability Support Pension (DSP) and

·       Have an active NDIS Plan
