This is a business that genuinely values collaboration, innovation, and team culture. They encourage fresh ideas, support professional growth, and believe every team member plays an important role in shaping the ongoing success of the company.

If you are looking for a long-term leadership opportunity within a highly respected agency that combines high performance with a fun and supportive environment — this could be the role for you.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–7 Property Management professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords while confidently handling escalated matters
  • Review and improve department processes, systems, and procedures
  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to ensure a high-performing department
  • Ensure best practice and compliance across the Property Management division
  • Work closely with the Directors on department strategy and future growth
