About Us:
Pearl Recruitment is a well-established recruitment agency that works with top-tier clients in WA’s construction, industrial, mining, warehousing, and technical sectors. To continue to fuel our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Development Consultant / Account Manager to our team.
 
About the Role:

• Research and contact new potential clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings (mostly in-office, with some travel opportunities).

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

• Work with our senior team to develop strategies for new business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment agency business development experience is essential, together with previous lists of industry contacts

• We are open to a 360 BD / Recruitment role, or a 180 BD role to work with existing Account Managers to fill vacancies

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with decision-makers.

• A self-starter who can manage their time independently
