We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Myaree team. This is a role for someone who enjoys coaching others, setting clear expectations and creating an environment where both customers and team members feel welcome and supported.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading from the front and working closely with your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong commercial results.

You'll oversee all aspects of store operations including sales performance, team development, visual merchandising, inventory management and compliance. Most importantly, you'll create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and are motivated to do their best.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience managing a retail store or large-format retail team
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
• Experience driving sales, productivity and operational standards
• Confidence managing stock, merchandising and store processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, hands-on approach to leadership
