About This Position As a Community Facilities Advisor at the City of Gosnells, you will play a key role in planning and delivering facilities that meet the current and future needs of our community. Working across the organisation and with external stakeholders, you will provide strategic advice, lead engagement activities and contribute to the delivery of impactful community infrastructure projects. What You Will Do Reporting to the Coordinator Property Activation, your responsibilities will include: Leading strategic planning and research to inform future community facility needsPreparing needs analyses, frameworks and business cases for new projectsEngaging with community groups, service providers and stakeholders to understand and respond to facility requirementsCoordinating and delivering community consultation processes, including workshops and public engagement activitiesSupporting the delivery of community infrastructure projects, including providing advice on design, funding and stakeholder engagementDeveloping partnerships and identifying funding opportunities to support project delivery What We Are Looking For To be successful you must have: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, community engagement and project developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiateWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframesA proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Requirements Current driver's licence.Current Police Clearance (less than three months old).
