If you like our agency and we think it would suit you, we will provide you with intensive training in sales skills BEFORE you start. You will then undertake a three-year traineeship in real estate sales.

You will start on an initial base salary and progress up as you work through the traineeship – plus performance bonuses.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $150,730.79 per year
