About the role

LJ Hooker Property Experience South is seeking an energetic, organised and customer focused Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time position based in our Mandurah office (6210). As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential leasing operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This role is pivotal to our business success and offers the opportunity to lead leasing initiatives whilst maintaining the high standards LJ Hooker is renowned for.

Key responsibilities

Conducting home opens

Responding to tenant enquiries
Processing rental applications
Managing advertising and online property listings
Following up prospective tenants and maintaining applicant databases
Working closely with our Property Management team to minimise vacancy periods

What we're looking for

MUST have current Real Estate/Property Management Registration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise tasks effectively
A positive and professional attitude
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Sound organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A valid driver's licence

While previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the industry
