About the Company

Are you an experienced Residential Scheduler looking to join one of Perth's most respected custom home builders?

Our client is an award-winning builder based in Osborne Park, specialising in premium single and double-storey homes across the Perth market. Known for their quality craftsmanship, strong industry reputation and collaborative culture, they continue to experience steady growth and have an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects.

Due to continued success, they are seeking a Scheduler to join their high-performing team.

Your Role

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the construction workflow from pre-start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

You will:

  • Prepare and manage construction schedules for single and double-storey residential builds up to $2m.

  • Coordinate trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure construction milestones are achieved on time.

  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays and implement solutions to keep builds on track.

  • Liaise with Site Supervisors, clients and subcontractors throughout the construction process.

  • Manage procurement schedules and coordinate material deliveries in line with construction programmes.

  • Track progress across multiple projects and maintain accurate scheduling records and reporting.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience scheduling residential homes within the WA market.

  • Proven experience scheduling single and double-storey residential builds.

  • Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and build processes.

  • Experience using residential construction software (Truth preferred but not essential).

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship required.
