Join a Growing Perth Property & Development Business

We are a Perth-based property development and real estate business seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration & Property Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will provide valuable administrative support to the property development and real estate agency operations. Based in Bibra Lake.

As a close-knit and growing team, we value initiative, accountability, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This is a varied role offering exposure to both property development/ subdivisions, sales and buyers agency  work. With a focus on organisation, coordination and customer service, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing

  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tenacious and proactive, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion

  • Results-focused and committed to achieving positive outcomes

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Confident with calling clients and or contractors

  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a small, supportive team

  • Passionate about real estate and interested in building a long-term career within the industry

  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

  • Handling general enquiries from clients, contractors and third parties

  • Assisting with the coordination of property inspections, open homes, and client meetings

  • Supporting the property development and sales teams with various administrative tasks

  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

  • Social media posts and newsletter emails to clients

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role, ideally within the real estate or property development industry

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly

  • Experience with invoicing, receipting and trust accounting

  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to your work

  • A keen interest in the real estate and property development industry
