About this positionAs Manager Facilities and Development Projects, you will lead and direct our team in driving innovation and excellence across all aspects of our facilities and commercial developments. This portfolio spans facility activation and bookings, project delivery and contracts, building maintenance and the implementation of commercial and public development projects.
Leading a Development Projects team, you will be responsible for planning and managing projects that deliver critical infrastructure under the City's various Development Contribution Plans and Commercial projects.
You will also oversee the delivery of public facilities from conception to community use, managing all aspects of facility operations such as building maintenance, cleaning, procurement, contractor management and activation, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our community.
