The opportunity

• Operational management of an aged care facility in Perth’s Northern suburbs
• Manage and empower staff to excel by providing support, direction and guidance
• Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
• Champion best practice and ensure the facility operates in line with aged care legislation
• Conduct audits and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
• Ensure the delivery of superb customer service, managing feedback and complaints

About you

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in residential aged care as a Service Manager is essential
• Inspirational and visible leader who empowers, supports and mentors staff
• Driven, outcomes focused, open minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional aged care
• Superb interpersonal, communication and networking skills, able to build productive relationships with all stakeholders
