• To $70,000 + Super + Take Home Car + $50 per property leased

• Take ownership of leasing across a quality portfolio throughout Scarborough, western suburbs and city fringe
• Conduct home opens and private viewings
• Manage applications from enquiry to approval
• Create and launch compelling property advertising
• Match great tenants with great homes
• Work closely with a supportive Property Management team
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for landlords and tenants alike
• Monday to Saturday role with a day off during the week

• Previous real estate experience
• Current WA Registration or nearing completion
• Driver's licence essential
• Great communicator and team player
• Down-to-earth, adaptable and easy to get along with
• A good sense of humour and positive attitude
• Genuine, reliable and great with people
• Ready to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one
